MyHomeEverything
TERMS OF SERVICE

Clear terms for using MyHomeEverything.

These terms describe your responsibilities and ours when you create an account or use the service.

Last updated September 25, 2026
Important:

MyHomeEverything is an organizational tool. It does not replace professional home inspection, maintenance, safety, insurance, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your password, and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. The service

MyHomeEverything helps organize household items, maintenance, documents, warranties, service records, and expenses. Features may change as the service improves. The demo is fictional, read-only, and must not be treated as your personal record.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of information and files you upload. You grant MyHomeEverything the limited permission necessary to store, process, display, back up, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service. You must have the right to upload the content and must not use MyHomeEverything to store unlawful or harmful material.

4. AI-assisted features

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review extracted fields and suggestions before relying on them. MyHomeEverything does not guarantee that an AI result identifies every warranty term, maintenance requirement, safety notice, or deadline.

5. Reminders and safety

Reminders are a convenience and may be delayed, interrupted, or based on information you entered. You remain responsible for inspecting your property, following manufacturer instructions, meeting deadlines, and using qualified professionals where appropriate.

6. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in Canadian dollars through Stripe and renew automatically for the interval selected until cancelled. Pricing and included features are shown before checkout. You can manage or cancel through the Stripe billing portal in Account settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Refunds are provided where required by law or to correct a confirmed billing error.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another account, probe or disrupt the service, upload malicious code, misuse automated access, evade plan limits, infringe rights, or use MyHomeEverything for unlawful activity. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users and the service.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep MyHomeEverything available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may maintain, update, replace, or discontinue features. When practical, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid features.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using MyHomeEverything and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, fraud, non-payment, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to export data.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, MyHomeEverything is provided “as is” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. MyHomeEverything is not responsible for property damage, missed maintenance, expired coverage, lost savings, or decisions made from reminders or AI output. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Prince Edward Island and the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will communicate material changes when practical. Questions can be submitted through the support page.
